First buyer has fallen through. There was some "sweating" on the drywall where the air conditioning duct comes into the unit. The drywall has been removed, replaced, painted (you can't tell where the issue was), the ducts insulated to prevent it from happening again, and the whole unit has been professionally treated by GC Environmental, just in case. We are updated, treated, clean and ready to move in!

Welcome to 1410 Bonnett-- You are all set to go in this freshly updated condo. Situated on the first floor, the front patio can also serve as your front door, if you want. Coming in from the parking lot right out front, there is the main door for the building which has eight units. It has been quite quiet every time I've been there.
