SEASONAL SITE - April 15 through November 15. Sea Air Village is the closest RV Park to the famous Rehoboth boardwalk & beaches (approx 2.5 miles). If you don’t feel like driving to the beach, DART (the 201 line) has a bus stop near the community entrance at the IHOP restaurant. If you feel like staying close to home, Sea Air has two pools - a standard pool and a “kiddie” pool. They also have a community center, a pavilion, a playground, and basketball courts. This cozy trailer is just adorable! It is approximately 12’x28’. The spacious living room opens to the galley kitchen & dinette area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, gas range, range hood & a new Frigidaire refrigerator with freezer. The dinette area features a bay window. The bedroom is to the rear of the home. It has a double closet & built-in drawers. The home has a full bath with a tub/shower, single-sink vanity & standard-size toilet. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer & dryer in the hall next to the pantry/utility closet. Covered front deck so you can relax after a day on the beach or at the pool. New shed. Sea Air Village requires the Buyer to apply to the Park for acceptance as a resident (all adults 18-years-of-age or older must apply). Acceptance is based on income verification, credit bureau check & a criminal background check. Closing cost will include a 4.25% Delaware DMV Title Fee. Seasonal fee for 2023 is $5,250 (usually in November, a fee of approx. $750 is collected to “hold” your site for the next year, with the balance due in April)
