Medford Lakes is a one of a kind community. It was voted 2nd best small town in the nation. Children ride their bikes to school and enjoy summer camps. This quaint little fixer upper is a nice sized rancher nestled on a half acre of land. The back yard buts up to the trail behind the house. There's a fire pit in the backyard that you will enjoy on the cold nights. The water pump was replaced in 2013 along with new French doors and front door and tile in the kitchen, pantry and master bath.
